Arabidoposis suspension cells labeled with the Monoclonal Anti-Actin, clone 10-B3 (MAbGPa) (Cat. No. A0480) at a 1:100 dilution. The actin filaments were revealed with Anti-Mouse IgG-FITC (Cat. No. F6257) (green) and the nucleus is stained with DAPI (red).

Description

ImmunogenACT8 protein.
SpecificityThe antibody recognizes actin in many plant species and in Dictyostelium. In Arabidopsis, the antibody recognizes all eight actins isoforms (ACT1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 11 and 12).
Physical formSolution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide.
